Having a problem with the brake light, it is staying on all the time. Does anybody have a wiring diagram that could help or have you ever encountered this problem before?

Try here. Only two places to check;right hand lever switch and right side foot switch. If the fluid in either have not been changed in a while you might try that as a last resort.
Not sure on this bike but some have an adjustable switch behind the brake pedal...
