Is it possible that the helmet is too big? It should be tight enough to not allow the air flow to lift it up off your head.

 

The helmet fits great front to back and has a little room on the sides. I have a little bit of a oblong head . So I think the fit is right. I just bought a football helmet chin strap pad that my wife and I are going to make a little smaller. I am also adjusting the straps so the chin part is a little mor foward.

if the football chin pad don't work,try a small piece of tape at the point if contact to your skin, my strap digs in a little bit as well, guess its the way it sits at my neck.
