Can I use my Car to Charge my Motorcycle Battery?

I got back from a 10-day trip the other day. I went to start my motorcycle to just let it run... well the battery was dead. I was wondering Can I use my Car to Charge my Motorcycle Battery?

Problem Solved!

I used the my Car Battery to start the bike yesterday, and it worked fine! I didn't start my Car though! I just hooked it up to the Bike Battery and it drew enough power to start it. Seems to be fine now.
