for some reason the right headlight does not turn on but when i turn on the brights it comes on. I looked at it and its the same bulb for the bright and normal lights. Also is there a way to turn off the lights during the day? The bike i purchased didnt come with a owners manual and ive already ordered one .

FWIW, one filament can burn out in a headligh, but there are a few different configurations. There are sealed beams and non-sealed beams, 6V, 12V, etc.
