On 9/11/2004 there was a Patriot Ride that went from the Fire Station in Rancho Cucamonga California to the Fender Guitar Museum in Corona California. We were escorted by the CHP and followed an 18 wheeler with the beams on it which was led by some fire engines. There were almost 8,000 bikes on that run and the line of bikes was almost 5 miles long. There were people stopping and waving all the way along the route. People on the overpasses were waving flags and taking pictures. Great stuff for certain....
