Kelley Blue Book puts it at $2000 trade-in, $2950 dealer retail, "in good condition with reasonable mileage". Take that for what it is, a very rough guideline of what might be reasonable.

 

Definitely the last owner drop it as in the picture scratches on the exhaust and the fender and it have 710 miles on it

 

One drop is not the end of the world, but it certainly adds nothing to the value. Only 710 miles on a 7-year old bike could be good or bad. A whole lot would depend on how it's been stored. Today's ethanol-dosed fuels aren't the greatest things for a fuel system when the machine sits around a lot. Old gas congealing inside tanks and injectors can be an expensive mess to clean out. But there are people who'll do it right and drain the fuel and keep the bike stored in a dry place, so a tankful of fresh gas might be all it needs in that regard. 7-year-old tires also might be ready for a change. Just musing over considerations and potential price-negotiation points. Definitely agree, it would make a dandy around-town bike.

 

How do the tires look 710 miles and 7 years old there should be no wear on them but if they are worn could be a track day bike that the owner disconnected the speedo. Are the brake pads worn at all? Does it start and run nice? Why did it sit so long? Lots to think on but if you like it go in on the low side and have a number you won't go over. It would be a great city/town bike with a little more gor the odd hwy run. Good luck keep us informed on how it goes.

I would definitely offer $500 less just because the tires should be replaced, period, the end.
