Bike starts fines maintains power but won’t move when shifted into gear. I can move the bike freely with the engine on in 1st and hand off the clutch. Clutch is super tight also.

It may be the clutch cable. Check it's adjustment for lever slack and ease of movement.

Now after reassembly of the clutch, even before you install the clutch cable, does the clutch work (motor, transmission and rear wheel are all connected when transmission is in gear)?
