Try bleeding them. Usually if they are soft there is air in the line. If ya need to know how to bleed them just ask. If they dont seem to work real good as in stopping sometimes people put cheap pads on them. I prefer sintered metal ones.
YZ brakes
I recently bought a YZ and have some trouble with the brakes. They seem kinda soft at times. Anyone heard of other problems? Other than that I love the bike but that's the only thing.
