My shock was installed upside down so I can't reach the compression or rebound adjusters, but minor detail that I can resolve myself. It's been a difficult 5 weeks. They went so far as to go around the bike and replace all the hardware that's fallen out. Really, very good service outside of the incorrectly oriented shock.

That would kind of make me wonder if they screwed up anything else that isn't as obvious to see.
It doesn't exactly fill me with confidence. That was - as far as I'm told - the only thing that was done outside of an ECU update. To clarify, it was rotated incorrectly, rather than flipped. If that had been the case then I'd have to go over it with a fine tooth comb.
