I had the seat reupholstered a couple weeks ago. It was falling apart at the seams. Very happy with the result.

I am considering a midnight blue paintjob in the near future.

Next project is that Mother's metal polish I have waiting for it. That will probably take quite a bit, I don't think its been done in years.

Nice clean looking machines.

But is that a whoops on the right side of the tank or just a reflection since it is such a clean machine?

No whoops on my bike. It's basically flawless. That was actually the day I bought it before I took possession of it. It was 6 yrs old with 6K miles. I never understood that. I've got 24K miles on it now. I ride it every chance I get. Had a guy ask me today if it was brand new. I like a clean bike.

I very seriously considered a TW200 before I built my '89 XT350 from parts and pieces I bought from across the nation .

It doesn't look as pretty as that^ pic today , as it lives outdoors 24 hours of every day for the last 12 years . Not to mention all the grueling hours I've spent trying to find it's limits .

I had the same bike, same color, back in the day. FZ750 Pure Sports (1986 year model). My first 5 valve Yamaha.
