The wiring harness on my bike has been chopped and spliced for other lights as a bobber, and the rear frame has been chopped off.

There is a subloom in the front that has been cut off and taped together.

I can get used wires, but everytime I do that, I find out that different models and versions have accessories that I don't have or that the system is different.

Why would the manual be any different than the actual machine?
What good is a manual going to do me, if the wiring is all different anyway?

Should I draw my own?

I got a manual to put it together, and I am going to build it back to what I need and save some $.
