what is the difference between the 85' honda XL350R and the XR350R? i think that the xl is street legal. does anybody know for sure?

They should be the same except the street legalness, as you guessed, and the XR might have a bit more suspension travel. The XL is the street legal version of the XR series back in the 80's. Now they just use a different suffix.

hell ya thats what i thought cuz i could never find any performance stuff for my bike but all kinds of things for the xr models.
