A fresh story, I was hoping it would be on youtube. But at least as of now it's not. Roswell has a strip of road 2 or 3 miles long that runs along side our main river. On which they have several parks. Most with bathrooms. All the toilet paper has been getting stolen (and replenished) on a daily basis. They are considering if it doesn't stop, they may just lock down all the bathrooms.
