Me and my lady went for a nice ride on the Street Glide to a nice restaurant in Evansville, Ind. It has been a beautiful day.

Hooked up a Battery Tender Jr to my Victory Kingpin .. Easiest Hookup ever done .. Pulled One side cover and battery terminals were right there was so simple was scary, didn't have to mess with anything else ..
Got my Scout sitting at High Performance Cycles in Lake City, FL .. Going to have a Trask High Flow Air Filter Installed and then Dyno it and should be done with it Power Wise for a while anyway .. Should pick up at least 5 HP and Torque , maybe a little more will know soon ..
Got Rid of the the Weak ass OEM Battery on the Scout and Replaced it with a Deltran Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4).. Hopefully with much Better Results ..

After load Testing was time for it to go ..

Got it for a Decent Price as well through Amazon ..

You couldn't find a AGM battery in the 300CCA range? Or you just wanted to go with Lithium? That's not the kind that are catching on fire is it? I'm not familiar at all with all these new batteries.
Many Aren't won't even say I am all that familiar with LiFePO4 .. But know several that have had them for a couple years anyway and had nothing to say but positive things .. But no couldn't find an AGM with proper Ah or CCA that would have fit in the limited space the Scout has other than the OEM which to me is cheap junk and just another way they saved money on the Scout as did with Suspension & Tires ..
Coming Soon Bassani 2:1 Pipes in Black ... Probably do them Tuesday

What they look like Installed (Generic Picture) ..

No. They were chrome and two stacked on top of each other. Ugly design in my eye.
Agreed on Ugly .. Gained about 4-5 in Torque earlier on .. Overall Power Wise not a lot of difference other than feels quicker on Take Off .. Stock Pipes Below was the First thing to go and while the Aeromach Slip Ons were not Bad loved the All Black look as well as the Design itself on the 2:1's Stock Pipes Below ..

I've had to wear dress clothes the last couple of days to attend town meetings so I haven't ridden. Mainly because it's been 90 to 95 degrees and high humidity here:(

Joe, that is one beautiful Harley.

The mod's you had done is something that really interests me because if I was to buy a used HD big twin, I'd probably do the same thing to be on the safe side. It's none of my business BUT, what did that stuff cost you?

Shopping around for parts at a good discount was a little over 1,000 with labor to have done by a Local Indy .. If went to a Dealer and let them handle would be around 2,000 ..

Got my Dyna back from the Indy All is done .. Peace of Mind with the Cam Tension Upgrade, Sweet Sound at Idel with the Cam Upgrade and Definitely better Power from the Butt Dyno will update how much in a couple hundred more miles didn't want a Dyno done with all the new parts added until did a bit of Break In first .. Realize is not a pistons and rings thing but still wanted to run it my way first ..
Lunch at the Diner in High Springs then rode another 100 or so before got too hot ..
