Hey guys I'm thinking about buying a 2001 cb400 as a project bike but I don't know we're I can find new parts for it.
If you know please tell me it'll be greatly appreciated.

Hey guys I'm thinking about buying a 2001 cb400 as a project bike...

CB400 Super Four? These are well known as good reliable bikes.
Apart from the occasional charging problem (reg/rec), they will
run forever.

.....but I don't know we're I can find new parts for it.

They were made for the Japanese home market. As they were
never sold in the Americas or Europe, you may have trouble
finding new parts.

However, a large number of CB400 SF were sold as 'grey market'
imports, so you should have no problems finding major parts
SH from bike breakers. Service parts are easy to get from any
of the usual sources.

Try for size before you buy. They are a bit small for the
taller rider.

Just a word out there for my vintage brothers.
Buy it.
Word has it there are 3 or 4 guys buying up most any used Japanese bike, filling shipping containers and sending them back to Japan.
Prices are only going to go up.
