Sharing a picture of my 1979 Honda XR185


This bike is way too fast for it's light weight.

Oh did I mention it has 400 actual miles on it...the compression from the kick-start will buck this lightweight person off!

I would share a picture of the 1970 CL350K2, but it's pretty pathetic with the back fender/tire on the frame, the engine laying next to it and two boxes of tin and electrical.

yes, sir back in the day, that XR series was this stuff. If you can keep it on two wheels, I'm sure it'll be a kick in the pants.

Am not sure about where they ranked in 1979; technology and engineering may have surpassed their standard by then but in the early part of that decade they earned a lot of respect.
