Did some research (more for myself and others here not familiar with the bike). So that bike has fuel injection and some sort of computerized diagnosis system like a car. The F1 light is basically a Check Engine Light. With the right tool, you can even pull the error code.

Anyway. I've found stalling/shutting down under load in a modern fuel injected vehicle usually comes down to fuel and/or ignition. After my car caught fire, I couldn't get it to run on more than one of its three cylinders. As soon as the engine was under load, the computer would shut down cylinders one and three. The culprit was oil fouled plugs.

Other issues can cause a shutdown like poor quality fuel, a fuel system that cannot keep up with the fuel demand (weak fuel pump, clogged lines, clogged filter), or sometimes even a weak/old battery that cannot keep up with the power demand.
I've had the same on the same bike.
It was self explanatory somehow...bad fuel injector (throttle body). Unfortunately I've replaced it with a second hand one that used to kill the engine after 2.5miles. Cool down, restart, 2.5miles...stop. Bought another throttle body and this time it works

He bought it used! Don't they have motorcycle scrap yards where you live? They might call them motorcycle breakers on that side of the pond.
