hello everyone, I am restoring a suzuki g1000g from 1980, new parts are no longer available but very expensive, does anyone know if the intake manifolds of the gs850g fit on the gs1000g? Here are some pictures of the soes

Thanks, it's a bobber yeah. Converted to hardtail. Its currently undergoing some changes and upgrades. hoping to get a few dry days to get out to test and further tune it.

Very nice-looking restoration project, I currently ride a very clean semirestored1982 GS 850 didn't take it quite to the level you have but it's a 9 out 0f 10 be sure to post pictures of your progress would love to see them. And yes, I believe the intake manifolds are the same.

no issues no, I changed out the main jet and changed to a shorter diaphragm spring. once balanced they they run fine.

rear suspension removed and frame is welded solid.
