Ok so i should know this one but right now it just slipped my mine and i cant remember. I have a PC3usb on my 03 r6, I downloaded the software but it wont recognize the unit on the bike. what am i doing wrong? Bike had ignition on and then i tried it running. I should know this but its been awhile since ive done anything with a Power commander.

Since USB is plug and play, Windows should recognize that something is plugged into it, even if it doesn't recognize what it is. By default, Windows will pop a message box up as soon as a device is plugged in.

You could always try to manually scan for new devices through the device manager once the device is plugged in and powered up. That's a long shot though.

thats what Dynojet said when i emailed them. I need a new chord and the bike needs to be on and running. Thanks. I knew it was something stupid. I took a class and am certified to run a dyno its just been a few years. Brain fart!
