Well she, he, it had already screwed up. I'm prepared to move forward at lights so not sure I could react to that idiot but I would have sure tried. Might have made things worse though. To be able to dismount like that he had to be in neutral wouldn't you think. No audio so can't really tell.

That was a very controlled dismount as his head cam stayed remarkably level. Thank GOD the rider is okay!

Maybe it is small or the camera perspective isn't very good but I don't see a student driver sign on the back of the car. Whenever I see a student driver sign I watch it very carefully just in case.
