I kept getting some kind of business news on the link.

About licensing, my daughter has a Toyota Camry Hybrid. She just recently got her license plate renewal notice. Because it's a hybrid, she has to pay an extra $100, here in the state of Arkansas, to renew her license plate.
Guess they figure she's not buying enough gasoline and therefore not paying enough gasoline taxes.
