At the risk of boring people to death!
The USD forks are made by Whitepower and came from the KTM although the tubes were re-anodized and high rate springs fitted. The wheels (Excel) and brakes (Brembo) also came from the KTM.
Trees, headlight bezel, exhaust, footrest mounts/linkages and seat were custom made. Custom airbrushed paint job. Chain conversion.
Switches are all momentary with electronic control for H/L beam.
Swing arm modified to brace it and take a KTM style eccentric adjuster, tank (from a HMC 125) modified with new tunnel and FI flange.
Ohlins rear shocks. Brembo master cylinders and levers. Quick action race throttle.....The list goes on.
All in all we saved 60Kg (132 lbs) against the weight of the standard sportster and made it handle and stop really well.
