Snowy road riding - What kind of tread should i get? (CRF250L)

Was thinking maybe a shinko 705 for grip, but im unsure how differently a more round vs a 50/50 would grip on a snowy road (ofc offroad a knobby would be better but im talking about stuff like in the image attached)
