Now that my daughter is here to show me how to put up pictures, here are a few. If they're coming up in the order that I see them, the first is the clutch cover. I wanted to know where the two long bolts go.
The second photo is the new pressure plate installed.
The third shows the parts I took out. No need to take everything out.
The fourth is my Yamaha RSTD with my homemade camper trailer.

At the time I changed out the pressure plate, I never thought I would be posting any photos at all or I would have taken more.

I had the same problem. I just added another OEM diaphram spring on top of the old one. Sounds stupid, but it works great. Cost about $51.00 from ebay and of course a clutch housing gasket $10.00. My ventures have Dyna ignition with the red line set to 7,500 and advance curve 3 and K&N's for breathing. No slippage....

Clutch in my Suzuki GS 850G was slippy at full throttle for a while. Think the PO put oil in the bike that was lighter than the bike needed. On my next change I used a heavier oil and the problem has been gone ever since.
