As my profile states, I now own a '03 Yamaha Vmax, I am very interested in a prostreet with "similar" performance characteristics and I was wondering if anybody could enlighten me on the overall handling of a wide tire prostreet As you guys may know a Vmax is not known for its handling ability so I was wondering if it's possible to acheive some similar capabilities with a 250 tire or even a 300 I love the look enough to give some on performance

You can probably get the same performance out of the chopper. Depending on which engine you go with. I would recomend the S&S 124 That will be more than you need. One thing about the wide tire bikes is the handling the bigger the tire the slower the turning radius. You will have to push it into the turns harder. I would say a Prostreet frame is one of the better frames for handling. Since they are made in my home state of OK. I actually have one that you might take a look at. message me and I will send a pic.
