I’m a returning forum member after a four year absence. Originally joined in 2012.

About me:
76 years old.
US Navy veteran.
Married. 5 Daughters.
Healthy and fit. Former marathoner. Still run most days.
Live in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.

My current ride is a 2018 Triumph Street Triple 765R. (Snapshot attached below.)

Previous bikes include Ducati Monster S2R 1000, HD Road King Police, and BMW K1200R Sport.

Hi Critter! Thanks for the welcome.
Loved that Beemer, but like that old Chad and Jeremy song "They say that all good things must end someday". I decided to go with something lighter and more nimble.
I miss that BMW and sometime wish I didn't sell it. Maybe I'll get a sport tourer next.

Beautiful pic! I flirted with the previous gen for a few weeks last summer and, despite all the flaws I found (needed an upgraded rectifier and the non-adjustable suspension was waaay soft), it handled corners like a dream, sounded amazing, and looked gorgeous (white with royal blue lettering)!
