Hi,

I'm brand new to the forum and a new rider. I bought myself a Honda Twinstar 185T and the left crankcase gasket needs to be replaced. Does anyone have instructions on how to do this?

Much appreciated!

It's usually straight forward. You may have to remove the footpegs and shift lever.

Drain the oil first. Make sure all old gasket material is completely removed, being careful not to damage the aluminium, since it is really soft.

Use a new gasket and make sure the bolts are snug, but not over-tightened.
