I'm new here. I recently purchased a "survivor" all original (1) owner 1978 Kawasaki KZ650-B2 from a vintage bike dealer here in Central Iowa where I hail from. The bike has 18,000 original miles on it, and features the original paint and exhaust which are still in fairly good condition. The bike runs great, and I'm glad I waited for the right bike for me to come around. I will admit that I'm a sucker for this era Kawasaki KZ's, and the 650 fits me perfectly. My dream ride was a KZ900, but these are hard to find, as far as a nice rider goes, and are pricey, whereas, you can find a decent KZ650 for considerably less money. I'm looking forward to going to vintage bike nights and showing off my ride.
