Welcome... Check and see where the front legs come through the upper tree. If the legs are up past roughly level in the tree this is how they dropped the front end and you will need to loosen things up to raise it. On the rear you may find lowering links which is quite common and they will have to be removed.
I have no clue about working on motorcycles. It is probably an easy fix...removing lowering links and adjusting forks, but I took it to the shop today to have it done right. $120 and haven't seen the results yet. Hopefully it will be back to normal in about an hour. Thanks for your help and in the future I will try to wait for responses and do the work myself. I'm excited about the new bike and could not stand it as low as it was. I had already bottomed out several times in the couple of hours that I rode it.
