Hi everyone,
Normally I work on bicycles but now i have a derny (simple motorcycle built for cycling races) in the shop. But on low power and middle power its stuttering of stalling. I added a few pictures of the motor and would like to know what could be the problem. I already cleaned the carb.
Thanks in advance.

ps how can i share a video of the stutter?

"clean the carb" is not so simple in black&white, all-or-nothing, yes/no terms. "How" it was cleaned is more important:

  • complete disassembly down to every last nut, bolt, individual component?
  • PEA-based cleaner or carb-cleaner?
  • soaking or scrubbing?
  • ultrasonic?
  • micro soda blast?
  • all rubbers replaced?
  • float level measured and adjusted?
  • float level functionally "wet" tested?
  • any mixture screws? were they adjusted?
