Welcome from the U.S.A. "Water Bucket" must be an Oz thing. Here in the U.S. I've always heard that referred to as a "Water Buffalo".

(p.s. The Oz in nickname came from my Dad called Oswald. It is a UK school thing. I also have 2 brothers nicknamed Oz.) lol.
