The OZZ flag is different than the one being displayed by the OP.
That flag is flown on San Juan Island, WA. Hawaii and mostly in England. UK

Wrong, actually. Australia has heaps of Water Buffalo (referring to Roger's comment - Water Buffalo), they are feral in the northern areas such as the Northern Territory.

Welcome, and I love idea of a 1970s cruiser bike like that Suzuki. I'm just not good enough with the wrench to want to maintain something like that myself, nor am I wealthy enough to pay the motorcycle repair shop to do it!

The herds of water buffalo became instinct during the Covid crisis and the end of all you can eat buffets. You can still see them in the candy aisle of Walmart

The mate had same T1 Suzie 500. Now know the T is Titan. Just a mention to Gunsmoker. Everything to build a cycle is on youtube. (p.s. The Oz in nickname came from my Dad called Oswald. It is a UK school thing. I also have 2 brothers nicknamed Oz.) lol.
