I really need help with identifing what this bike is!

That looks like an old Honda 125cc dual sport.
What is the VIN # on the steering neck? If it's 17 digits there is a code to tell the year model. If it's less than 17, ask a Honda dealership.

Xl125

XL125. If it is bigger than it looks in the pic, it is an XL250.
I think the 250 had a 325 X 21 front, and a 480 18 rear.
The 125 may have had a smaller rear.

There was also an XL175 but they were an ugly orange colour.
The 125 was a light grey, the 250 a kind of silver grey.

If you can pick it up it is a 125.

Oriental transitional era ride...
(smart guess, late 60's era 125-175 honda, this was the bike that honda made just before the Elsinores, I think)

called "hondas".
Two wheels, barely made 50mph, would toss you through the handlebars when you applied the front brake.

I remember also that they had this kick starter that would bite chunks out of you hand when they were new.
