This is my first Pinlock install. It came with the helmet so it is the right model. I put the gasket against the visor and it's not upside down. The visor is brand new and not moist.
I didn't touch the eccentric nuts either (they're the furthest apart they can be and looked ok)

Do you know what's up with my thing?

There's a gasket between the two layers, so I assume dust entering would be limited. Then take it off every season and give it a good clean?

I reached out to Pinlock. They told me to really flatten the visor/screen when installing it.
I did it 30 times, it worked the 30th, still not sure why

Think double glazed window, apply the idea to a helmet visor.

It renders the formation of fog on the visor impossible.

My Shoei RF1200 has a Transitions shield with the Pinlock system

Bell does it for its Star series, I'm contemplating the idea

If you're the only one who fogs up a pinlock, maybe you should reconsider your use of it? ;-)
