Although there should be two marks, I wouldn’t worry about it but wear it with pride that you use your bike, similar to chicken strips discussed in another thread.

I actually like to say that I was leaning so hard that I was scraping hard parts!! My only real concern is rust. Will it if I don't treat it somehow? I figure touchup paint will end up doing the same thing eventually.

As clean as your bike is I suspect you also wax it. That should protect against any rust plus, as long as you keep riding like that you'll keep any potential rust at bay anyway.
