I believe it's called the timing plug. There's a small amount of oil everytime I ride.

Remove the plug. Replace the 'O' ring seal. You should be good to go.

There is a special tool that fits the plug correctly. A modified large screwdriver (rounded blade tip) would work. A 'grind to fit' piece of steel works too.
Or you could just use a big screwdriver but it'll probably knock some of the chrome off....
