Hello forum just signing up after reading for a couple years. Im Jon from Cali.. I ride the infamous xv750 '82 and its a piece of dump but still hella fun. I recently bought some inverted forks i was told were off a zx750r but after looking for a wheel for it and hardware for brake calipers i realized im either buying the wrong parts or the forks arent from the zx or maybe wrong year? Thought you guys might be able to identify or maybe im **** out of luck and have some rando forks ill never be able to use. Halp!

My old law school room mate had a Virago. I would borrow it from time to time. It still stands tall as the most comfortable ride ever. Sure, it is not a performance machine. One doesn't buy a Caddilac to win at Laguna Seca. The XV750 serves a different purpose, which I really like: long long, comfy comfy rides. What a great bike!
