Just how does this keep the idiot cage drivers from pulling out in front of guys on scoots? Making left turns right in front of them. Or just pulling into their lane without looking while texting up a storm. It targets the wrong people.

How about a 50 question addendum to all vehicle licensing on 'Motorcycle awareness,' and include it in all States!!!
