Yes.
You need to lap in the valves to the seats. Probably some info on line about valve seat width, and the angles required. 3 angled valve seats, would likely find something.
Narrow seats with 3 angles for race bikes, wider seats for every day bikes.

Not sure what you mean. I don't have the head off yet. Hopefully, tomorrow. Then I'll know more. I guess maybe I'll take the head into a shop somewhere if I need to replace valves. Right now I can't get the cover off the dual-range subtransmission.
