Need help

I have a shaft driven 2003 Kawasaki Vulcan 1600. I was riding it after i had the rear tire replaced at a bike shop and on the way home the bike tire locked up and the bike died. I can start the bike (did so just to make sure the motor didn’t seize up). I can change gears but the back wheel won’t move even if it in neutral or if i have the clutch engaged. What do you think is wrong????
