This bike is from Britain and this is the number on the frame under the handlebar, and i can´t see that it has been tampered with.
But it has 1 marking before the numbers and 1 marking after the numbers.
So it´s like, a box with an X in the box then come´s PC21-2204390 and after that another box with an X in it. but engine has PC21E-2205249.

VIN was standardized in the 70's to a 17-digit format. Before that, companies used whatever number system worked for them and just about all of them were different.

I'm guessing this is an older motorcycle. You might try to find a place to look it up online, or give a call to a Honda dealer. They should have a table somewhere to look it up.

Take it to a HONDA dealer and they will read the VIN for you. They really need to anyway to see if there are technical bulletins, factory recalls or as in the States, across the puddle, the NHTSA recalls.

I have no idea what info you expect to receive???? Elaborate please:biggrin:
