Motorcycle Picture Challenge....

We did this on another bike forum and it was fun. The intent is to get out and ride to complete the challenge before someone else does. All you need to do is take a picture of your bike with the challenge item in the background.

The rules here are simple. Be sure to note them before creating the next challenge for the rest of us.

1 - Has to be YOUR motorcycle.
2 - Picture has to be taken after challenge is made.
3 - Challenge is good for 2 weeks, if it is not met, the previous picture poster picks a new challenge.
4 - Nothing illegal to be challenged.
5 - Keep comments to a minimum, if you comment, post the current challenge after your comment. In Bold Italics
6 - No repeat challenges.
7 - All challenges must be of your bike and a landmark, something most people can ride to or find in their area.
8 - No other bikes can be used in a challenge, ie. your bike next to a Ducati. Some exceptions allowed, ie. you bike next to a bike cop.
9 - All challenges can be removed by moderators. At which point the postee of the challenge will be asked to change his current challenge. After being asked once and there is no change or challenger posts another crapy challenge then the prior challenge winner will pick a new one.

Examples - "Your motorcycle in a garage", "Your motorcycle crossing a river", "Your motorcycle with no engine", "Your motorcycle next to a firetruck" etc. Doesn't need to be a fancy picture, cell phones, whatever works.

Thanks guys. Remember, this thread is supposed to get guys to WANT to go ride right away and beat your friend to the picture challenge, be creative, but have limits. Thanks.

First Challenge:

Your bike in front of a sporting goods store.

Well then. Nice detective work, Rule #2 - Picture has to be taken after challenge is made.

So the challenge is still If you ride a cruiser: Your bike next to a street or sports bike. If you ride a street or sport bike your bike next to a cruiser. If you ride a super moto either will do.

Some one get it to day I have to work all weekend and I want to try to do another challenge. I aint got all day people. lol
Fibbing to your fellow riders. Shame on you, Motohorseman. Shame, I say!
Thinking this is going to show up in "Things that piss you off" thread.
I have to admit, I did not read the rules.......

Remember, when you point that finger at me - well, you know.....

:p

At least I know who the rat is around here

Thats just wrong
Kinda funny your correcting me when you don't read the rules

I suggested that a picture be disqualified if anyone could take it without leaving their garage because I could easily do that, and I thought it wouldn't be fair to the spirit of the challenge. In other words, I disqualified myself.

I also thought you posting previously taken pictures wasn't fair to the spirit of the challenge either, so I pointed that out too. I assumed you knew what the rules were.

"Remember, when you point that finger at me..." LOL! You got tagged, man, cold busted. It's all in good fun, so don't go getting a case of the red a$$ and calling people rats and such. :coffeescreen:
Tesla = great scientist, expensive car, crappy band :p

This^^^^^^.

The purpose behind this thread when I started it 2 years ago was to get out and ride and take some pictures along the way.

I have the Advanced Riders Course (BRC2) this weekend. I shouldn't have a problem completing this challenge.

I'm thinking of taking that, let me know how it is
Well, look at the bright side: You could take out one of those scooters of yours and park it alongside the first motorcycle you come across and take a picture that would win.

Nope, no clue as to what the rules were.

I'll call a spade a spade, and thank God I have no idea what a case of the "red ass" is!

Youch, it does not sound like something I want though, that I will give you!

The forum does have a PM feature, if I had known, I would of gladly disqualified myself.

Now I know that - and more
Nope, Eye already asked if he walk out to his garage & take a pic & was told it didn't count. :) :) Otherwise I could go to mine & take a pic of the Zuma, my Yamaha & Randy's Vision and the grandson's 4 wheeler...the boat would be in the picture too though so that might really disqualify it...

You guys are just too funny...
Spring my ass, it's still below freezing here. I WANNA RIDE!!!
I thought about riding the Zuma & my bike to the end of the driveway--about 1/4 mile-- but hubby wouldn't ride the Vision up there & it's just too big for me to ride it up there. It's just too cold & the driveway is still really wet & muddy. :) :)
This picture was taken during BRC2 this morning. My bike is the Buell and there are cruisers, race replicas and you should be able to see the dual sport in there too.....

New Challenge: Your bike with someone on or near it wearing a Kilt.
Ain't no dude that wears a skirt ever going to sit on my bike.

I agree with Eye!
That's why the challenge says "on or near" your bike...... BTW, chicks wear kilts too.
