Dagnabbit! Had one of those 1 mile away on my road. Was there for years and they just tore it down a few months ago! 😩Recap: November 22, 2022 with post number #7330 I came up with a list of all the previous photo challenges for the last two years.
Since then, we've had challenges for:
a trip through the snow,
Christmas inflatable,
a U-Haul truck, a
A tree,
Christmas wreath,
a church,
Christmas tree,
Santa sled,
garden gnomes,
a train bridge or trestle,
a military helicopter,
a clock tower,
split rail fence,
Mexican restaurant,
ice and snow,
baseball diamond,
Dead standing tree,
a heart sign,
waves crashing to shore,
a tire shop,
and trees in bloom.
So, with all that in mind....
NEW CHALLENGE:
Your bike with a standing chimney where a house used to be.
(Or a standing chimney that is the only thing left intact among the crumbled remains of a house.)

Rule 5 compliant: ⬇Well, I suppose it could be a store, a small factory or mill, a metal fabricating shop....as long as you can get close enough so that we can see that the rest of the building is gone or crumbled to bits, and we don't just see a giant 300-ft. industrial smokestack sticking out above the tree line.

I'd be afraid that old chimney would fall over on me while I'm sleeping.That would be a good place to camp for a night. You could have a fire and everything.

It's actually half-log construction..... 2x6 studs on 16" centers, fiberglass insulation, 1-1/2 inch foil-faced foam on the outside, and a half-log inside and out. The half-logs take the place of siding on the outside, and replace the drywall on the inside.Is that a log home?

It's a bad spot to stop, this was the best I could do stopping on the other side of the road without risking life and limb ( too much), I think it should qualify as a picture of
