That's a good addition, I like it.
Actually - it's just a repeat of Rule 9 in a way, which says: 9 - All challenges can be removed by me. At which point the postee of the challenge will be asked to change his current challenge. After being asked ONCE and there is no change or challenger posts another crapy challenge then the prior challenge winner will pick a new one.

While the OP is talking about removed 'crappy' challenges that don't meet his/her criteria, I think it should apply to all challenges in that you only get two bites of the cherry before the challenge reverts to the prior challenge winner.

I vote "C" which is:

3 - Challenge is good for 2 weeks. If it is not met, the issuer of the failed challenge picks a new challenge.

9 - All challenges can be removed by me a moderator. At which point the postee of the challenge will be asked to change his current challenge. After being asked once and there is no change or challenger posts another crapy challenge then the prior challenge winner will pick a new one.
If all else fails a moderator adds up the numbers of the post to as small a number as possible and goes back and digs that challenge out of the garbage and we used that one.

And just in case no one realizes it that is a joke.

Plant Twig Wood Trunk Tree

But not like this Buell, which was launched through the air and got stuck in the branches of a tree when its rider failed to negotiate a curve and it bounced through a drainage ditch.

That thing stuck 15 feet above the ground in the trees branches!

CURRENT CHALLENGE: Your bike with a tree.
