Check your calendar, Max. UK met that challenge 11 days after it was issued.

And yes, it is still a thing. :)

Your bike with a cow.
I even gave a mid term report. I new where the little horse lived, as I see him often. About one week ago I rode by to take a pic. But he was napping somewhere else.
Yesterday I blasted pass him, and spotted him. Two U turns later we got to say hi. He really did walk over to see me. Just checking posts above. I must have mentioned it in another thread.

Would be close, but the meat might be from a bull, so would not count.
For the townies, a cow is the female of the variety. As a concession, I will allow a milking cow, or a beef cow. And a Texan long horn would also qualify, as long as it is a female.
A calf which is a small cow might require a judges decision. So lets try for a cow over 800 pounds. Again for the townies, the ropers at the rodeo, use calves, around 4 to 500 pounds. That is why they are all big boys.

This is not a cow. It is a lawnmower. The second pic is a cow, about 1000 pounds.

This is a Garry Oak tree. Almost but not quite sacred to the Coast Salish. Local group were the Flat Tops.
Not as sacred or tapu as the big Kauri tree in NZ.
It is on the road allowance that will probably never get used. This one is mostly dead, but does show a couple of leaves each year. It is sitting on about 12 inches of soil, over a solid rock base, so the roots must be spread out. The roots need to rot before the tree falls over. Neighbour three doors up has a quite large sample, that is leaning towards to road. Next door also has one that is leaning, but not as big. We are all waiting to see which tree falls first, and takes out the power lines across the street. Branches fall down every time the wind blows hard. Yami is in the pick. UK

I found quite a few trees that looked dead, and were missing most of it's limbs. but I decided they were alive, and resting for the winter. I have others to choose from, but I am leaving my Island. Be back next week. UK

I was hoping for a tree whose limbs had fallen off from rot. The tree that you photographed, UncleKrusty, looks unhealthy but it looks like it's got basically all of its limbs and smaller branches intact.
No worries. Next week if no one finds a dead tree first. There is also the problem with snow all about, since I took that pic two days ago. UK

Shirley was waiting for her knight in shining armour. That did not work. Then she heard the Moody Blues song, Knights in white satin. She thought the words were Knights in white Saturns. Well I had a white Saturn ION, my good fortune.
Sold the car but Shirley is still with me.

Hurry up and wait, was a common expression. And there are a few movies about waiting. Mr Boodbar ?
Wait and wait for his steady date. Song by someone. The snow has mostly melted and Yami is ready for a ride.

As often happens with things not even complex. I am confused. We have a picture challenge about a chimney.
We have a pic of a bike and a chimney. We do not have a msg that says challenge met, nor a new challenge.
Am I missing something? It is a sunny day at the moment, and Yami is keen to go.
And I need a break from working on the Tukvan, that is in many pieces.
