Motorcycle Picture Challenge....

We did this on another bike forum and it was fun. The intent is to get out and ride to complete the challenge before someone else does. All you need to do is take a picture of your bike with the challenge item in the background.

The rules here are simple. Be sure to note them before creating the next challenge for the rest of us.

1 - Has to be YOUR motorcycle.
2 - Picture has to be taken after challenge is made.
3 - Challenge is good for 2 weeks, if it is not met, the previous picture poster picks a new challenge.
4 - Nothing illegal to be challenged.
5 - Keep comments to a minimum, if you comment, post the current challenge after your comment. In Bold Italics
6 - No repeat challenges.
7 - All challenges must be of your bike and a landmark, something most people can ride to or find in their area.
8 - No other bikes can be used in a challenge, ie. your bike next to a Ducati. Some exceptions allowed, ie. you bike next to a bike cop.
9 - All challenges can be removed by moderators. At which point the postee of the challenge will be asked to change his current challenge. After being asked once and there is no change or challenger posts another crapy challenge then the prior challenge winner will pick a new one.

Examples - "Your motorcycle in a garage", "Your motorcycle crossing a river", "Your motorcycle with no engine", "Your motorcycle next to a firetruck" etc. Doesn't need to be a fancy picture, cell phones, whatever works.

Thanks guys. Remember, this thread is supposed to get guys to WANT to go ride right away and beat your friend to the picture challenge, be creative, but have limits. Thanks.

First Challenge:

Your bike in front of a sporting goods store.

I completed this challenge but I'm having issues posting the pic. If I email it to someone can they post it for me?
There we go, I finally got the pic posted. next challenge, your bike in front of a police officer. An actual police officer in uniform that is.
Midnight. Rhea County Sheriffs Office, SGT on duty Jail. Nice enough to step out (With permission) to snap a pic in front of the bike. Rhea County Sheriffs Office, lot of nice officers in every capacity. Didnt want to track down someone on patrol at midnight on a Saturday, but she was nice enough to do it.

Ready to post next challenge if this photo meets last challenge requirements.
That works for me. Great looking bike by the way. What is the next challenge?
Next Challenge: Your bike, standing with it, Civil War re-enactor (Union or COnfederate), in full uniform, at attention with a period rifle '61 Springfield etc) or revolver.

Should be easy it is the 150th.
Whoa!! Now that will be a tough one.
Okay, nobody in a blue or Gray uniform, but I do have a picture of Chillin's and my bike in front of a period piece of artillery yesterday at Gettysburg

And in this one today Gary and I stopped in front of a Veteran's Memorial on the Susquehanna river valley

Dude, your missing the most important element of the challenge which is these guys.

Had to go back and read that. Yep, challenge not met, here is the next Challenge.

Your bike, with you sitting on it, somewhere in The Sea of Tranquility.

JK! Give me a minute.
Wait, so is this the challenge or are we waiting on you to come up with another one?
If it is on me then let's go with.

Your bike,
Veteran's Cemetery
Veteran's grave
Fresh Flowers on the grave that you brought with you

You don't have to know them but it would be better if you did.

Then on November 11 we should all repeat this challenge
Ok, thought this was interesting considering that this guy served in three different wars.

Didn't want to ride up between headstones so you can see the flowers barely way in the background and the other picture is from the headstone out to the bike.

Ok I tried to load some additional pics but apparently I've used up my allotted limit for attachments, however when I try to manage my attachments it does not allow me to. Any ideas how to resolve?
A few more of the photos. I'll post up the next challenge shortly.

Next challenge, your bike in front of a non-franchise (that means no KFC, Popeyes, Churches, Bojangles etc.) fried chicken establishment.
And to think, you hear people referring to athletes as Heroes sometimes.

Anyone that needs clarification on who a "True American Hero" is take note.
Amen to that!
Good find KMWilliams. I rode around all Sunday afternoon looking for a mural with no luck at all.
This challenge was harder than I expected, would have thought the local car dealerships would be flooded with these flags but none of them were, luckily I found a gas station that did.

Next challenge, your bike in front of someone's yard that has a minimum of three inoperable vehicles that have obviously been parked there for some time. This can include cars, motorcycles, tractors etc.. No junkyards or repair shops, it must be at a persons house.
Are we still going for the military honor guard now that Memorial Day has passed?
Don't know but I'm ready to ride this weekend!
Here we go

Next mark is your bike at a county fair of some sort.

I'd say to make it interesting that is has to be open. Also it doesn't have to be just a fair, as long as it's some kind of local festival.

Ok so it's been two weeks and nobody has met this challenge. So the next mark is your MC with a pay phone.
