I go trail riding with my family and hunters will leave traps for riders. Like hidden pits and wires across trees in the paths. It's scary.

It's also Highly illegal, unless those traps were intended to live trap you, you could likely get away with that.

I've encountered a few tree limbs placed across narrow trails just 'round a blind corner .

I know I said I was gonna give it a slight rewrite but I just ran with the whole ghost bike idea. I am almost finished with the final draft and it will be posted soon. Until then this is the best story I think I wrote so far.

I don't think there is anywhere in continental US you could hide a Sasquatch, Alaska maybe.

They are rumored to be in Northern MN. I've never seen one. The show "Finding Bigfoot" did an episode from Moose Lake, MN but they didn't find one.

Of course there's plenty of space for a shy / sneaky thing like a Sasquatch .
How often do you see even a coyote ? We know that there are millions of those guys running around the whole country , but relatively few are seen .

I see coyotes daily in down town Los Angeles and they're all over New York City too....

Those are city dogs . Not the reputable country coyote . LOL
