I love vintage - old photographs of just about anything. I sort of collect them and send them to friends who love them as I do. That bottom one with the guy wearing the big white cowboy hat, he reminds me of an old time cowboy star. But maybe not. You have any info on it Porky?

I'm looking!

It could be Tom Mix, Gene Autry or maybe Roy Rogers???

Here is the code they lived by:

The Cowboy must never shoot first, hit a smaller man, or take unfair advantage.
He must never go back on his word, or a trust confided in him.
He must always tell the truth.
He must be gentle with children, the elderly, and animals.
He must not advocate or possess racially or religiously intolerant ideas.
He must help people in distress.
He must be a good worker.
He must keep himself clean in thought, speech, action, and personal habits.
He must respect women, parents, and his nation's laws.
The Cowboy is a patriot.

Amen and Amen:angel:

Am guessing the last photo is Tom Mix but no way can verify it but do know he owned several Motorcycles including an original Henderson .. Either way love these old Vintage Pictures ..

In that last picture - what is the small box on top of the tank on the V-twin? I have a picture of my grandfather on an old Indian he had, and it had a box like that on the tank. So far the ones I've seen in museums don't have that.

Cool old pics by the way, thanks for sharing.

You don't need a toolbox for Indian's Larry:grin:

Maybe it's just me but does that Cowboy's Indian look like it's got 2-3 inches of ground clearance??:surprise:

Talk about dragging the floorboards:plain:
