About to do my first oil change & chain adjustment for my yamaha yzf R3. Currently around 1300 odo. What is a good motor oil for supersport Yamaha? And what should I look out for when making adjustments to my chain beside rear indicators.

Mind you this will be my first time operating on my motorcycle other than my 50cc Chinese scooter.

Here's mine, Bel-Ray EXP 10/40.
I'd recommend filling the oil filter with clean oil before installing.

Check your drive chain for tight spots and keep it lubed.

Thanks for the advice. I know there's many ways it can be done, that's why I asked on a forum to see how it would vary through professionals and motorcycle enthusiast.

Like I said I done my scooter oil change but there's no oil cleaner cap just a oil cleaner screen that can get rinsed. Also I wouldn't want to just watch a video expect mines to be the same way
