My name is Keith. I like short walks to the tavern and long rides along the beach. I enjoy working on my motorcycle in a garage rather than on the street like I'm currently doing.

I've been riding for 30 years. I've owned Harleys, Honda sport bikes and I currently ride what some would call a vintage bike, what I call a cheap bike that I can afford. It's a 1978 Honda CB400. I paid $650 for in Vermont three years ago. It's been great. The only money I've put into is stuff I wanted to do to it. I've got it tuned perfectly, and when I'm not messing around with it, it runs beautifully.

So currently I'm really into taking old 70s bikes and making them look fresh again, but who isn't these days?

Welcome to the Forum. You will find a lot of folks here that restore older bikes. There are many that ride those golden oldies too.

Gidday from a small Island in the Salish Sea. We like short or long rides to the beach and tavern.
I have an 83 XS400 which is similar to your Honda.
